China－Japan Joint Forum

The China-Japan Joint Forum on Energy and Environmental Issues for Metallurgical and Material Processes was held at Kunming University of Science and Technology (KUST), China, from September 26 to 29, 2009. This forum was held as part of the joint research program, the “Consortium on Energy Materials (COEM),” which started after a branch office of the Institute of Industrial Science, University of Tokyo (IIS/UT), was established at KUST. Nine researchers from China and eight members of IRCSM from Japan presented lectures at the forum.
